Installation of Mechanical Device is always viewed as an easy job, but sometimes some incautious clash always causes unexpected damage on device, therefore, people are suggested to read the following installation method of planetary gearbox.

Step_1
Checking the conformity of mounting sides' dimensions between planetary gearbox and motor.

Step_2
Taking the black stopper out from the mounting adapter from gearbox, and then, loosing the hexagonal bolt of input collar clamp by hexagonal wrench.

Step_3
Taking teh key on keyway from output shaft of motor.

Step_4
Cleaning the mounting sides of planetary gearbox and motor.

Step_5
Inspecting the dimension of output shaft on motor before connecting with gearbox; if sleeve is needed, please install it into the input collar clamp on gearbox.

Step_6
Vertically install the motor into the mounting adapter of planetary gearbox

Step_7
Locking the screw by adjustable wrench between planetary gearbox and motor.

Step_8
Fixing the hexagonal screw of input collar clamp on planetary gearbox by hexagonal wrench.

Step_9
Locking the hexagonal screw by torque wrench.

Step_10
Installing the black stopper inside the mounting adapter on planetary gearbox.
